i love yoga

I make fun of people who come to India to study yoga. I know that it's not very nice and that I probably shouldn't do it. But I do anyway. But Venkat has changed me.

Venkat is our yoga instructor. He comes to our home (or to the home of whoever is hosting on any particular day) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings after work. He teaches us yoga and does breathing and relaxation exercises with us. I was addicted after the very first time that I did it. Now if I don't get two yoga sessions a week, I am tense and in pain. I am worried about being away for so long, even though he taught me lots of things that I can do by myself to keep focused and relaxed.

I still make fun of people who come to India to study yoga. I just can't help it and I'm very sorry.
