We had a very lovely Thanksgiving, even though we are in country that has no idea what that holiday is about. We went to the home of some friends, where we had a huge and extremely wonderful meal. We were a very international crowd, composed of a few Anglo Americans, a Guatemalan-American, some Thai folks, a Korean, some Malaysians, and all of their kids. It was fun.

The meal was prepared entirely by our hostess, who is Thai. Here it is, in all its glory.
