mango season redux

Well. It turns out that what I so naively called “mango season” a couple of weeks ago was actually mango pre-season. Mango pitchers and catchers, if you will. The second harvest from our yard was picked this weekend. Now we will really be putting your mango recipes to use. Check this out:

Most of them have been cleaned and put in the refrigerator to control their ripening. Some have been put into the ripening box. Many have been given away as gifts. Anybody want some? What in the hell am I supposed to do with all of these?
